If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition up to 14 days after the date you received the item. Please first contact the Maps International team so we can authorise the return and give you further details.

Please write on the package in large black letters
RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number (shown on your delivery note) i.e. RETURN 12345
Please ensure that you include a copy of your delivery note so we can match your return to your details. If the item was supplied as advertised then we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of delivering the product to you.
If you would like to exchange your item we will charge or refund you the difference in cost plus an additional delivery charge where relevant. Our customer services team will advise you of all these details.
Please note we cannot refund any items that have not been received by our returns department. Similarly we cannot refund any items that do not reach us in the same condition as they were sent out. For this reason you may want to consider using a courier or registered post to return items to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For the items that we use UPS or other courier companies, your goods will require a signature. If your order does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect the goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately for a replacement. Maps International cannot be held responsible for damage once goods have been signed for and accepted from the courier. If you notice the product is damaged then please do not accept the goods from the courier and contact us. If you'd like to know how your product is shipped then just call us on 1-888-843-2022. For all other items please contact us to arrange a replacement.
If the item you have ordered has been incorrectly packed please contact us and we will resupply your order. If the item has been delivered by courier we will arrange for a collection at no cost to you. We will send the correct item out to you as soon as possible within normal delivery times for that product.
Returns Policy for Customized / Personalized Maps
Any items that have been personalized to your own specification (i.e. personalized wall maps) cannot be returned unfortunately. Please ensure that you are entirely happy with what you are purchasing and that the customization of the map ordered is correct.
